Michelle Lucas
Profile
Michelle has been coaching individuals for over 10 years now building her skills as she developed a career in HR as those roles required her to work with increasingly senior people on a one to one basis, and latterly as a full-time executive coach. Michelle believes that inside us all is a wealth of untapped potential, yet often organisation goals are at odds with our personal goals or organisation changes will cause us to question our effectiveness. Michelle’s goal when working with clients is to give them the means to release their potential, so they can achieve positive change, in their career development, their personal goals or even within the wider organisation. Michelle’s promise to her clients is to enable them to find clarity, confidence and the readiness to take action.
