Profile
Lindsay is an experienced coach who works with individuals and teams to improve performance, to enable development and manage change within the context of the opportunities and challenges of the business environment. She believes that coaching is the most effective response available to leaders and their teams for improving their performance and development. This improvement in turn helps to support improvement in the performance of the business and the achievement of the business goals.
Experience
She brings with her a combination of strategic and operational experience which enables her to have a clear insight into many types of organisations. Her experience in Change Management and Human Resources (HR) is coupled with a deep understanding of business strategy, process and operations giving her focused and commercial approach to business.
In partnership with her clients Lindsay designs and leads substantial Change and HR initiatives including: culture change, turnaround, post merger integration, start ups, IT support, organisational design, business process re-engineering, leadership development, performance improvement, outsourcing and downsizing.
These assignments have been carried out in a variety of organisations including: HBOS, Visa Europe, Lloyds TSB, Tisacli, the Sprit Group, John Dickinson Stationery, the DWP, the MOD and the Metropolitan Police.
Lindsay has completed City University’s Coaching for Development Coaching Skills Programme and is a member of the Association for Coaching. She coaches under professional supervision and undertakes ongoing professional development as part of her coaching practice.
