Offers track record in OD consultancy, co-designing and delivering substantial change and HR initiatives around organizational design and development, culture change, leadership and team development, performance management, employee engagement,. The emphasis has been on enabling clients to manage their own change and transition by providing toolkits and coaching. Assignments carried out across range of organizations and sectors, including Arval UK Group (Part of BNP Paribas) Anite, Barclays, Northern Trust, CfBT, Axon Business Solutions and Digital Public. Has had own private coaching practice.
