Jackie Sewell
Profile
Jackie is an experienced business coach and organisational and people change consultant. She specialises in behavioural and culture change at an individual, team and organisational level.
Jackie combines her management consulting, teaching and coaching experience to bring about real change to individuals and teams in the work place. Jackie is a qualified therapeutic counsellor and is currently studying part time to qualify as a chartered occupational psychologist.
Experience
Jackie has excellent communication, facilitation and leadership skills and an in-depth knowledge and experience of business strategy and process. Jackie has a track record of successful delivery as a change specialist and has led many successful change assignments.
Within the corporate sector, Jackie specialises in Retail and Consumer Markets and in the public sector in Education. Jackie also has experience of the IT sector (having worked in the past as a business systems analyst) and the retail banking sector. Jackie has worked at senior levels within all these sectors and has a robust understanding of the processes, key issues and challenges within these areas.
Prior to working as a management consultant and coach, Jackie was a senior university lecturer.
Jackie is an accredited Human Synergistics International (HSI) practitioner, accredited to use HSI tools to analyse and design organisational culture (OCI), individual thinking styles, group behaviour, and leadership impact.
Jackie’s most recent clients include: the DCSF (formerly DfES); Coca-Cola; BT; The Learning and Skills Council; and dunnhumby.
