How do we do it….
The heart of our coaching lies in skilled one to one developmental conversations built on trust and rapport.
The quality of the relationship is paramount. We co – create relationships which are egalitarian, collaborative and essentially adult to adult. Over time, our clients are able to model this back in the organisation, and discover the impact. But, in order to achieve that, many aspects of the client’s self need to be acknowledged and brought into awareness during the coaching encounter. It is a containing environment, but it is never an easy option. We may be a sounding board, conscience, challenger, teacher, safe container, professional friend, mirror, celebrator, and guru - we will be what our clients need us to be, but we never do the work for them. The working alliance we establish with our clients is what differentiates us.
“Thanks for your help - it was invaluable in getting the management team on the right page”

Our process…down to practicalities
We offer a simple and effective framework that ensures that progress is made in every session. This process includes
- Mapping the now
- Envisioning the future
- Exploring, testing and clarifying goals
- Generating and evaluating possibilities
- Moving to action
We spend time on practicalities, so that our clients are not engulfed by life back in the business and have the best chance to deliver on their actions. We hold our clients to account from session to session and follow up progress on actions and homework. Often this may be a reflective log, of what’s on their mind, what they are noticing and learning as they take their goals forward.

We work with you to create the right environment for co-coaching, a culture where feedback is a way of life, and one where learning from experience is expected.
As the process becomes familiar and results are acknowledged, your organisation starts to develop a coaching culture which has an impact all the way through
Models we use.
We are responsible for bringing the process to the coaching relationship and utilising different coaching models, tools and techniques as the issue, options and solutions unfold. Many of the tools are about increasing self-awareness and taking responsibility for action, putting the issue in the context of wider systemic processes and experimenting with new behaviours, mindsets and responses.
As professionals we believe in the importance of coaching supervision to support our coaches throughout their relationships with you ensuring quality, value and the maintenance of professional business ethics.
We build in reviews to ensure that the coaching is delivering value both to the client and to the organisation.
We agree coaching goals with our clients at the outset and review progress against them through out the relationship
These models include:
- The GROW model based on Gallwey’s Inner Game of Tennis
- action orientated
- Neuro-linguistic Programming – NLP
- Humanistic models
- Psychodynamic models
- Myers Briggs –Team Dynamics and Teambuilding methodology
Our skill is selecting from these models the tools and techniques that most fit the issue in the moment.
We look at how to facilitate the most appropriate solution for the individual or team, increasing their awareness of how individual, work, systems and organisational context are all related and the interaction between them.
