Who we are

Intacoach was founded by John Griffin in 2006 to complement Intaconsult, an already established Change Management and HR consulting company – www.intaconsult.com .  In this venture he is joined by his business partners Lindsay Murdoch and Julie Bavridge both of whom have been coaching for more than 10 years.

John is responsible for business development and operations whilst Lindsay and Julie work closely with our clients to hone the requirements and lead the provision of professional and effective coaching.

Our Talent Pool

Intacoach has access to a specialist talent pool of experienced coaches – experienced in working on organisational and personal needs and in helping achieve both commercial and personal goals.

National and international reach is not a problem and we can provide coaches who can work in other European languages.

We treat our associates as we hope to be treated ourselves and support their personal growth through providing development opportunities and active supervision.
