Graham is a business coach and change consultant with experience covering national and global IT driven change, behavioural and cultural change, project management and development & delivery of training programmes.

He is pragmatic, client focused and a great believer in delivering excellent performance through motivating individuals and teams. Experience Graham has extensive experience through personal change. He brings clear insight from working in many types of organisations, roles and countries. He has worked as an employee for blue chip companies in a variety of roles – research chemist, accountant, project manager, IT director, internal consultant, management consultant. He has excellent cultural understanding from leading global teams and working and living overseas e.g. South Africa, Hungary.

He is now self employed and providing change consultancy in shaping and delivering organisational and individual change in a variety of clients – recent organisations include Birmingham City Council, Cancer Research UK and the Metropolitan Police.
