Approach

Debbie’s 30 year career path has covered roles from Partner in consulting firms to CFO in three US businesses to global transformational consultant and coach and mentor.  She specialises in coaching individuals in large organisations facing rapid change, complexity and ambiguity.  This often results in coaching for personal or professional transition, for leading organisational transformation and for growing leadership capability.  Her clients are as wide-ranging as the DWP, DCA, KPMG, Visa, Deutsche Bank, Framestore, SwissRe, Channel 4, Group Four Securicor, Five, Unilever and across the NHS.
